As consultants to our clients, our mandate is to:

• Get new hardware and software tools up and running as quickly as possible with minimal disruption

• Make the tools easy to learn and simple to use

• Ensure that the tools are readily available to the end-users at all times

• Provide quality documentation and training which will continuously improve the end-users' productivity

• Promote end-user self-sufficiency

• Implement or recommend changes to the tools ONLY if such changes will significantly increase end-user productivity or improve the quality of management information

• Keep the cost of the tools and their maintenance as low as possible

All recommendations made to our clients or decisions about use of client-paid time must be based upon the preceding criteria.
